Information for Stallholders

Information for Stallholders.

Stallholders tables vary according to the rate paid. Please contact us for more info at blightyboutique@yahoo.co.uk

There will be tables positioned with their back facing to the wall and other tables will be positioned in the middle of the hall backing onto another row of tables.

I’m happy to take requests as to whether you would like a centre table or one backing onto a wall and will do my best to accommodate these requests, although this cannot be guaranteed.

If you would prefer to bring your own set up items and do not need us to provide you with a table then please let us know. Please note the pitch size listed above.

Stallholders will have access to the hall from 9.30am to set up.

Stallholders must be fully set up by 10.50 am.

Parking.
The hall has a small car park. Once you have unloaded we would ask that you move your car to the village shop car park, less than 2 mins walk from the hall, to keep the hall car park free for the fair’s visitors.

What to Bring.
For those who are new to fairs you will need to bring something to cover your table with (table cloth, material). I personally use a king size Cath Kidston print duvet cover Many other sellers use multiple vintage tablecloths or other pretty materials.

Many sellers find it useful to display their items on different levels so small shelves, covered boxes etc are good to bing along.

Bring plenty of change and carrier bags.

Stallholders will receive complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day. Cakes will be sold at the Fair’s tea room and there is a village shop 2 mins walk from the hall for small snacks. 5 mins drive away there is a petrol station where sandwiches etc are sold. The location of the hall is not in Warwick town centre so stallholders may wish to bring their own packed lunch.

Advertising.
The fair will be advertised in the local paper and across Warwick, Leamington and heavily across Hatton Park and the surrounding area. The fair will also be advertised online and via a number of blogs.

If you are able to advertise the fair via your blog or would like flyers to take along to other fairs you may be having a stall at then please contact me at retrodollybird@yahoo.co.uk.
